Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download Renvel from the App Store and tap "Create account" or "Sign in" to get started with your email address.
What can Renvel help me with?
Renvel is an AI assistant designed for supply chain management. It can help you with monitoring inventory and stock levels, tracking sales and analytics, managing purchases and deliveries, expense tracking and approvals, and generating reports and insights.
Using the App
How do I start a new conversation?
Tap the "New chat" button in the sidebar or swipe from the left edge to access the menu.
Can I use voice input?
Yes! Tap the microphone icon to speak your message. Renvel will transcribe your voice automatically.
Are my conversations private?
Yes. Your conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your chat data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete a conversation?
Swipe left on any chat in the sidebar and tap "Delete," or use the delete option within the conversation.
Account & Settings
How do I sign out?
Open the sidebar menu and tap "Sign out" at the bottom.
How do I change my language?
Go to the sidebar menu and select your preferred language from the Language option.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@renvel.ai to request account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
Troubleshooting
The app is not loading or responding.
Try these steps: Close and reopen the app, check your internet connection, update to the latest version from the App Store, or restart your device.
Voice transcription is not working.
Ensure you have granted microphone permissions: Go to Settings > Renvel, enable Microphone access, then restart the app.
I'm not receiving responses from the AI.
Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
