2. Description of Service

Renvel provides an AI-powered operations platform that automates procurement, analytics, and supply chain workflows. Our services include AI agents, dashboards, a unified inbox, and integrations with third-party tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Renvel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Renvel a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Data Processing

By using the Service, you grant Renvel permission to process your operational data for the purpose of providing AI-powered automation, analytics, and insights. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

7. Payment and Billing

• Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renvel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Renvel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data before permanent deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
